At Shelton Park, we delivered a complete structural transformation — rebuilding the property from shell into a modern, high-performance family home finished to a premium, move-in-ready specification.

The project began with a full strip-out, including total roof removal and internal demolition. Foundations were deepened and reinforced, structural loads re-engineered, and overall head height increased to dramatically improve spatial quality throughout the home.

A substantial two-storey extension was constructed and seamlessly integrated with the original structure. To the rear, we designed and built a bespoke 37m² studio, creating a flexible standalone space ideal for work or guest accommodation.

Energy Upgrade: E1 → A1

One of the most significant outcomes of this project was the complete energy transformation.

The property improved from a BER rating of E1 to A1 — the highest residential energy standard.

All structural steel fabrication and installation were completed in-house, ensuring tighter quality control and efficient programme sequencing.

Internally, the property was completed to a high-specification finish, including full first and second fix works, complete plasterboard and skimming throughout, and carefully executed bathroom fit-outs.
