Structural Expansion

The project centred around a two-storey rear extension, significantly increasing usable floor space and reconfiguring the layout for modern living.

Key structural works included:

• New roof structure

• Vaulted ceiling to attic extension

• Custom roof light installation

The vaulted attic space and bespoke roof light introduced natural light and vertical volume, transforming the upper level into a bright architectural feature.

Energy & Heating Upgrade

This project included a full heating system overhaul and energy improvement strategy:

• Underfloor heating spanning two floors

• New heat pump installation

• External insulation upgrade

• Targeted energy improvement to achieve a minimum BER A2 rating

The result is a significantly more energy-efficient home with improved comfort, lower running costs, and long-term sustainability.

Internal Fit-Out & Finishes

Internally, we completed:

• Three full bathroom fit-outs

• Complete internal refurbishment

• High-spec finishes throughout
